We define your priorities and how to present your brand. We research competitors and articles, prepare pitches and begin contacting publishers. Your first report covers the work completed, replies and any verified coverage.

We find fresh opportunities within scope, follow up on open conversations and adapt pitches to the replies. We check new placements and agree the next priorities with you.

Focus and Growth are paid in advance for each month of service. Your proposal sets the start date and billing periods.
No annual or multi-month commitment. Cancel by email before the next service period begins.
Cancellation stops the next period. We continue the agreed work through the month already paid for.
Custom has its own written scope and schedule. Any additional spend requires a quote and your approval.

About the fee.

How do I choose between Focus and Growth?

By how many parts of your business you want to promote at once. Focus works on one page, product or service. Growth works on up to three, each with its own publisher research and pitch angles, and adds updates every two weeks. The managed work is the same in both; the full method is on how it works.

What about publisher fees?

They sit outside the monthly fee. When a publisher asks for a sponsorship or affiliate cost, we present the opportunity and the amount separately, and we only proceed once you have approved it.

How many links do I get, and do you guarantee AI mentions?

We do not promise a number of placements, or rankings, or mentions in ChatGPT. Publishers decide what goes on their pages, and search engines and AI assistants decide independently what they show. When do we start, and how is it billed?

After we review your website and goals, we send a written proposal with the scope, the monthly fee and the billing and cancellation terms. Focus and Growth are paid monthly in advance, with no multi-month commitment. Cancel by email before the next period. We agree the start date with you.
